Orders can be made online via Paypal . Please note all information remains confidential.

Email

Orders can be made via email. Simply email info@collectiveedition.com detailing what

you want and we will contact you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.

Pricing

All pricing at Collective Edition is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. If ordering outside of Australia please use a currency converter.

 

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cheque, money order and direct deposit. Goods will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.

 

 

Deliveries and Shipping

 

Deliveries within Australia

All orders once processed will be sent either by courier or registered mail This ensures your parcel is insured. Allow between 3 - 7 working days. All orders are shipped free of charge. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

Deliveries International

All orders once processed will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Allow between 7 - 14 business days. International orders are shipped free of charge. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

 

Damaged / Faulty Goods

All items at Collective Edition are checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund.

 

Returns / Exchanges

Collective Edition would like you to feel confident in ordering online, so if you find your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund. Exchanges and refunds will be given if the item is unused, unworn and with all labels intact. There are no refunds or exchange on sale items. Collective Edition apologises for items that are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order or help with an alternative product.

Collective Edition is a Trademark and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Collective Edition, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Collective Edition. All other trademarks not owned by Collective Edition that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.
